How to setup the connection

1. The advisor first needs to establish a password for this connection. He/she will use this password when setting up this connection in eMoney (this step only needs to be done once).
1. Log in to the Everence Connection website (https://connection.everence.com/default.aspx)
2. Click on the “Change Password” option

Click on the “Password for eMoney Advisor Connection” option

Enter a password in the “Password” and the “Confirm Password” fields and click the submit button. When the password is accepted, the system will display a “Password changed” message.

1. Login into eMoney
2. After you choose the “Everence – Investments and Annuities via Direct Web Service” connection, you will be prompted for login credentials:

                   i.    User Name: use the user name you use to log in to the Everence Connection website

                   Password: this is the password you established in the previous step.
