When LaserApp is not working properly, these steps will generally fix all issues.
Click on Help
Click on Program Activation and Registration
Click on Update Current License
Click on Re-Activate Software
If that did not fix the issue, try these steps.
Shut down Laser App
Open Windows Explorer
Click on Windows (C) (C Drive)
Click on Users
Click on your user profile (If you have a folder that is your user name followed by a 2, do not click on that folder)
Click on App Data
Click on Local
Click on Laser App Software
Click on Enterprise11
Right click on delete the frmlib.tbl file
Open Laser App
If that did not resolve the issue, visit any non https websites (http://leaf.com). Then, repeat the steps above.
If that did not resolve the issue, disconnect from the Everence Network to another network (an Everence iPhone hot spot works great). Then repeat the steps above. If that resolved the issue, the Firewall for your office needs an update to allow LaserApp to load forms.
