Go to the My Everence Login Screen (go to everence.com, click on login, select My Everence).
Click on "Register for My Everence".
Enter your first name, last name, email address, agree to the terms and conditions, and click "Next".
Enter your phone number, last four of your Social Security Number, date of birth, and click "Submit".
Enter your home address (number and street) if asked and click "Submit".
Create a username and password and click "Create account".

Username Policy Restrictions:
- Only letters and numbers may be supplied
- No spaces, dashes, or other special characters allowed
- No more than 20 characters allowed
- Cannot be your full email address
Password Policy Restrictions:
- Must be at least 10 characters
- Cannot contain the user's account or full name
- Must contain at least three of the following four character groups:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Numerals (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic characters (such as !, $, #, %)
- Must be changed at least every 365 days
- Cannot be changed until at least 1 day since it was last changed
- Cannot repeat any of the previous 5 passwords
