When servicing customers in Goshen or other remote locations form National Branch you will need to switch your Q printer and your receipt printer to that location. Please follow the instructions below.
Switching Q printer
1. Open the Q printer and click the communications tab
2. Click configure
3. In the sidebar click "Printers" then click "Select Printer"
4. From the drop down choose the printer for the location that you are going to be doing the transaction for
Switching receipt printer
1. Right click on the prodoc icon
2. Click "Setup" From the menu.
3. Click the "..." by the Receipts Printer section
4. from the select box that pops up, please choose the printer for the location you are doing a transaction for.
Please remember that the printer names will not be the exact same in the pictures above. Please note the printer you changed from so when you are done with your transaction you can change them back to the printers in national branch
