Account access and management
Documents
How do I access documents?
You may select “View documents” in the product tile on the home page dashboard. Or in the Documents header in the navigation, select the product area for which you wish to view documents. You will first go to an overview page of documents, and you can select types of documents in the navigation, or by selecting “View all” for the type of document.
Use filters to narrow the selection of documents.
How do I filter documents?
On a web page that contains documents, select the filters you wish to apply, and select “Apply filters.” Select “Clear all filters” to remove the filters from your list.
Which documents should display under the “Other” category for investment and charitable documents?
If applicable to your account, and if the document is dated after 1/1/2020, you will find Welcome Letters, Privacy Notices, Investment Management Account Agreements, and Asset Allocation Questionnaires, also known as Investment Policy Statements, in the “Other” category.
Where can I find my organization’s Investment Policy Statements?
They will be in the “Other” category, with the name Asset Allocation Questionnaire.
Where can I find my MRT adoption agreements?
Find the MRT tile on your home page dashboard and select “View documents.”
Why can’t I see my health membership cards?
Membership cards are only available to My Everence for Organizations groups with health insurance plans in the Cigna Network. Membership cards are not available for non-Cigna Network health insurance plans.
If you have this plan, and still can’t see your cards, please confirm that you have online access to view these cards by contacting the primary Everence contact for your health insurance plan.
Membership cards are only shown for the last 3 years. If there is a need to view membership cards that are older, then contact Deana Roth, TPA Service Representative.
Why can’t I see the documents I'm looking for?
You may need to check with the designated person within your organization to see if you have been approved for online access to the documents you’re looking for.
Once you have access, if you are on a Documents web page with a date filter, clear any date filters to see if your document appears.
Why do my documents not pop up in a new tab?
On the web pages that contain documents, when clicking on an OnBase document that is stored in a PDF format, it will pop up in a new tab on the browser to view. If the OnBase document is stored in another format, such as .tif or an Excel spreadsheet, after clicking on the document, it will appear at the bottom of the web page to be downloaded.
