Meeting Troubleshooting Tips
- Audio Issues – Check that the microphone and speakers are not muted and the volume is turned up
- Video Issues – Ensure the camera is on and the tab to cover the camera isn’t closed.
- Connection Issues – Leave and rejoin the meeting.
- Meeting Access – If the link doesn’t load, confirm you have internet access. Go to another website to make sure that site appears
- Browser Use – When using a computer join the meeting in the browser (not the app). Unless you already have the Teams app.
