Opening an Encrypted Email with Mimecast

If you receive an encrypted email from Everence you will see the following:

If this is your first time receiving an encrypted email from Everence you will click where it says "Create A Password" and then you create a password. PLEASE NOTE: Even if all green dots show up when creating your password it still may not take it. This is due to using a common word in your password. Please choose a random password or use a passphrase such as (I really Like long R*ndom Pa$swords)

If you have already received a secure email message from Everence in the past, the email you will see is the following

Please click on the link that says "Secure Messaging Service"

Next, you will see the following and will need to type your email address in

Next, it will ask for the password that you created for the service

Once logged in you will see a list of email messages that Everence has sent you.

If you click on the email you want to read, the message will open up and you can read and respond to the email.
