Under the Charitable giving tile, click on Give to charity
Under Step 1 of 3: Select charities, click on Search for charity
At the pop-up screen type in the charity and click Search (You will find less is more when searching for a charity because it needs to exactly match the order of how it is in the database, so type in the first word or two when searching)
Click the + and then click close (You can load multiple charities if making more than one disbursement request)
After you close you will see the charity or charities filled in. Now click on Next
Step 2 of 3: Choose amount
You can click on the Show balance details to see the balance on this screen if needed
Click on Start
This brings up the pop-up below. Fill in the amount, then click on the Frequency drop-down. If choosing a recurring disbursement, it will allow you to enter a start and end date (the end date is optional). Some of the options in *Recommended use and *Other details below will bring up additional drop downs to add further detail.
Scroll down and then click Continue
It will come back to the Step 2 of 3 screen. Click Next
This will come to the Step 3 of 3: Review
This gives you one last look at what was entered to verify the information.
Click the "I understand..." box
Once you have clicked submit, you will always receive a confirmation email that it was received. If you do not receive the email confirmation, it did not go through. You can always call the Everence Trust Company, 800-348-7468 ext. 2464, to confirm if you did not receive a confirmation email.
